Come have a SUPER evening with authors Ashley Poston and Preeti Chhibber!
Listen, we have a slightly crazy theory for you: you know how superheroes have secret, everyday identities? Well, all we'll say is we've never seen amazing author (one might even say super author) Ashley Poston and Hawkeye in the same room... we know, crazy idea, but hear us out!
Coincidentally, Ashley will be at Little Shop to talk about her new Hawkeye book (suspicious) with fellow super author, Preeti Chhibber, and you're invited! Lucky for us, Preeti is also releasing her next Spider-man book, Spider-Man's Bad Connection, and is therefore an expert in all things superheroes and superhero disguises, so she can give us a hand!
We'll spend the evening hearing all about these two awesome books, talking all things fandoms, and teaming up with Preeti to see if Ashley actually is Hawkeye! What do you say, will you help us out with the superhero stakeout all while having a great, bookish evening?
Admission: $0 That's right, this event is free to attend! However, you still need to "purchase" a ticket for every person who plans to attend. Please reserve your spot here!
You must purchase either Hawkeye: Bishop Takes King or Spider-Man's Bad Connection (or both!) from Little Shop in order to enter the signing line. Preorder your copies below!

This night is aaaaaalllll about the fandoms--come wearing your favorite merch!
About the Book:
When Kate Bishop, the young Hawkeye, solves a minor crime and saves the surprisingly cute Milo in the process, she counts it as a rare win. But a mix-up of their bags means that nope, Kate's life is still refusing to run smoothly. In that bag is a mysterious book that holds powerful, dangerous secrets—ones that New York City's most powerful super villain, the Kingpin, would kill to uncover.
Kate finds herself on the run, searching for Milo and what he knows, texting her Super Hero besties for moral support, and trying to solve the mystery she's blundered into before she becomes the victim of her own story.
Just like its main character, Kate Bishop, New York Times bestselling author Ashley Poston's Super Hero adventure doesn't miss a single shot in one of the funniest, twistiest Marvel stories ever told.
About the Author and Moderator:
Ashley Poston is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of The Dead Romantics, among other novels. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, she spent ten years in the publishing industry, first as a social media coordinator, then as a book cover and marketing designer, and later as an author. Her novels have been featured on the Indie Next List, and in Teen Vogue, Seventeen, EW, CNN, Hypable, and Buzzfeed, among others. When not writing, she likes trying various arts and crafts (she’s currently addicted to building miniature rooms) and taking long walks as an excuse to listen to Dungeons & Dragons podcasts. She lives in South Carolina with her bossy cat, Paprika, and they are firm believers that we’re all a bunch of weirdos looking for other weirdos, asking for their AO3 username.
Preeti Chhibber is an author, speaker, and freelancer living in Georgia. Dubbed a “Spider-Man superfan and author” by Publishers Weekly, she can usually be found writing your favorite characters or binge-reading her way through several series at once. She also cohosts the podcasts Desi Geek Girls and Tar Valon or Bust. She’s appeared on several panels at New York Comic Con, San Diego Comic Con, and onscreen on Syfy. Honestly, you probably recognize her from one of several BuzzFeed “look at these tweets” lists. Visit her online at PreetiChhibber.com and @RunWithSkizzers.
